How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery estimate is available on this same page under the "Add to Cart" button.
We offer shipping by Tracked Letter or via Colissimo by La Poste. Allow 72 working hours for postal delivery in mainland France.
To receive your order earlier (48 working hours of production + 72 working hours of delivery), add the "fast production" option available on this page before adding your pouch to the basket. Please note that this option is in limited quantity and is put back in stock every working day.
Please note that we currently do not offer delivery to relay points .
How can I receive my order faster?
If you wish to receive your order within 5 working days, please select the " fast delivery " option above the "add to cart" button.
Option available for an additional €4 per item. Please take as many options as there are pouches and lanyards in your order please (badges and hardware are not counted).
This option is limited in quantity and restocked in the morning every business day.
By choosing this option, your order will be completed within 48 working hours + 72 hours delivery time .
How do I add a design to my cover?
Answer “yes” to the question “ I want to add a drawing to my cover” on this same page.
We offer several collections of designs to add to your cover with or without personalization (from €1.50).
We adjust each design to the best of our ability on each cover.
If you want to add your own image, your establishment logo or other, choose "My own image" . Upload your image (prefer PNG format and the best possible image quality please).
For single-color designs (one color): their color will be the same as the font (yellow, cyan or magenta).
Where are the pouches made?
Our pouches, lanyards & badges are proudly made in France, in a small Breton workshop near Saint-Malo (35).
Invented by myself Linda; surgical nurse for 12 years so as to no longer lose my pencils.
Over the years, it gradually became a small business with a great team in a workshop near Saint-Malo in Brittany.
The workshop at the Rennes women's prison cuts out some of the fabrics.
What material are the pouches made of?
Our pouches are made of PVC and imitation leather.
Please note that our glitter materials are carefully protected with a varnish to ensure easy disinfection. Although we make every effort to ensure impeccable quality, it is possible that these fabrics occasionally give off a slight odor.
Rest assured, this smell disappears quickly. Please note, however, that, with full knowledge of the facts, the pouches cannot be returned for this reason .
How do I wash my pouch?
If you get it dirty, no worries, you can wash it at 30°C and even disinfect it!
Which makes it an ideal choice for professionals who require rigorous hygiene.

I received my order and there is an error, what should I do?
If we make a mistake, no worries, we'll fix it. However, if you make a mistake, you'll be responsible for the cost of remaking the cover.
Be sure to check the spelling of the inscriptions to avoid any confusion.
